  • "We have had the pleasure of having Coach Mitch train both of our sons and can confidently share he has a great balance of fundamental-development, competitive drive, knowledge of the game and FUN! His players always feel respected and capable of continuous growth but perhaps most importantly, Mitch’s players all respect him right back"

  • "Mitch Goodwin is the kind of coach our family will forever feel blessed to be working with. A perfect blend of patient, highly skilled, encouraging while still challenging his athletes to push themselves harder and dream big! His ability to develop all skill sets from beginning players to elite Division 1 bound athletes is a major asset to the Okanagan Valley"

  • Canyon Falls Middle School

I want to thank Coach Mitch for providing our Canyon Falls Middle school basketball students with the opportunity to build on all aspects of their basketball game. Each week they are excited on how Mitch will push them to new limits and teach them new skills. His knowledge of the game is exceptional, and he has a great rapport with the students.. He is patient when teaching new physical skills and is excellent at progressing drills to meet the needs of players at many levels. Mitch also works on the mental aspects of the game, helping students who struggle with the pressures involved. The life skills he builds will serve students far beyond the basketball court. We thank Mitch for sharing his knowledge of the sport with us here at Canyon Falls Middle School! Keep up the great work!
