Practice & Game Schedules: Practices are held once a week for most divisions, with multiple teams practicing together. Weekly games allow players to apply their skills in real game situations.

Player Development: The league emphasizes fundamentals, focusing on decision-making, team defense, and off-ball movement, promoting both individual and team-oriented skills.
